No.11 Uptown Econostay in Kandy exceeded all expectations. The location was close to the center, yet quiet with a relaxing garden. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner, Chandni, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with useful information and arranging a tuk-tuk driver. She cooked delicious breakfasts for a reasonable price, including traditional Sri Lankan dishes. The wifi worked well, making it a great stay overall.

Despite being located up the hill away from the main area, it only took a 5-minute walk to reach Kandy's lake. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

As a frequent traveler, I often have short layovers, and this hotel is located just 106 km from the nearest airport. It made my transit much more convenient and saved me valuable time. the hotel provided a reliable database system, ensuring smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay.

The room I stayed in, 101, was not up to par in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

No regrets staying here again and again. The staff helped find my lost necklace. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, electric kettle, shared kitchen. Excited to return for another trip.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped Stay. The accommodation offered a fully equipped private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It felt like a luxury spa experience, without the pricey price tag.

Lack of Clear Signage. Finding the accommodation was a bit challenging as there was no signboard.
